TOP TABLE

Top tables vary in size and layout, so we keep this simple:

Top table is priced as 1.5 tables

(£172.50)

This covers the additional styling time and extra décor required. Sweetheart tables fall under the

same rate.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES

Real Candlelight Upgrade

Prefer the ambience of real flame?

+£10 per table- replaces LED tapers with high-quality, drip-resistant wax candles.

+£20 cleaning fee per booking- covers specialist cleaning of holders after the event.

Gold Cutlery Upgrade

Add a refined, modern finish with brushed gold cutlery.

+£2.50-£3.50 per place setting

DELIVERY, REPACK & COLLECTION

Delivery & Collection

Quoted based on your venue location and access.

Repack Fee - £75-£150

Venue teams often clear tables during the event, meaning items may be moved around the

space. The repack fee covers the time required to locate, sort, clean, and safely pack all hire

items.

Same-Night Collection - £150-£350

Some venues require all décor to be removed the same evening. We offer a late-night collection

service to accommodate this.

VENUE ACCESS

Standard Access (from 9am)

Included.

Restricted Access (set-up during ceremony)

+£50- covers additional staffing and coordination.

Split Shift Access

+£100-£150- required when set-up and collection fall into two separate staffing blocks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGE

Security Deposit - £150-£300

Refunded once all items are returned and checked.

LED Candle Protection

LED tapers are delicate and can be damaged during venue clear-downs. To keep things simple,

we build candle replacement into our pricing so you’re never charged for accidental damage

caused by venue staff.
