Décor items charged at standard dry hire rate. ** hanging items incur additional charges. Bespoke props designed and made, POA. Mileage above 25 miles charged at £0.50p per mile plus £15.00 per round trip.

You'll speak with our stylist over the phone about how you want your ceremony to be styled and the visual elements you might like included. Our stylist will ask for your styling budget to include all ceremony décor elements excluding flowers. This is to ensure the design created is achievable for you financially. At the end of your discovery call you will be given the opportunity to reserve your wedding date. A non-refundable reservation fee of £100.00 is charged (deducted from the balance of the ceremony styling cost if a booking is made)


After the meeting our stylist will design up to two mood board to communicate a ceremony vision to you. These boards are a starting point for your ceremony styling and will indicate the overall mood and style of the ceremony as well as suggest ideas for decor. A Pinterest board will be set up for you and visual ideas and clues added and when necessary. 

When the moodboards are complete you'll receive a PDF by email. If you are happy that our stylist has captured the aesthetic you are looking for, a proposal will be drawn up including a quotation for decor items and the ceremony styling fee. If you are happy to proceed you can go on to confirm your styling booking. At the time of booking a non refundable booking fee of 30% is charged. 

Also included in the package is liaison with your venue regarding delivery, set up and collection. Five weeks before your wedding our stylist will call you to confirm your hire order. After the consultation you will receive a set up time plan. 


A consultation and ceremony mock up of hire items can be arranged. There is a charge for this service.  

Unlimited phone calls, messages and emails with our stylist are included in the ceremony styling package. Delivery and collection of items hired from us up to 25 miles is included. Additional miles are charged at £0.50p per mile plus £15 for each round trip. 

On the morning of your wedding our stylist will spend up to 2 hours setting up and styling*and up to 2 hours packing away hired items the following morning. Please note we are happy to style items you have purchased for your wedding with prior notice only. This should be discussed during your final styling phone call and included in the set up time plan.
