Do we need to wash the napkins after the event?

No need to wash, please leave them as they are. We handle all laundering.

Can you fold the napkins for us?

Yes, we charge a labour fee for this and can offer:

Classic fold
Knotted fold
Drape fold
Menu wrap
Cutlery wrap
Ribbon tie (add‑on)

Do you offer colour matching?

Yes, please send us your mood board or palette and we’ll recommend the best tones. If you'd like to you can book a visit to our storage rooms to browse fabric swatches and choose your preferred colour.

Can we mix colours?

Yes, please contact us for a personalised quotation.

Do you work with florists and planners?

Yes regularly. We can deliver directly to your florist or planner if preferred.

What happens if a napkin is stained or damaged?

Most stains come out. Replacement is only charged if the napkin is permanently damaged or missing.

How many napkins should we order?

We recommend 10% extra for supplier meals, last‑minute guests, and styling.

Do you offer postal hire?

Yes, selected napkins can be shipped UK‑wide with insured courier delivery.
