FAQs
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is 1–3 days, covering your setup day, event day, and collection day. Longer hire periods (multi‑day or week‑long events) are available on request.
Can furniture be used outdoors?
Many pieces can, but not every piece is suited to outdoors. Please seek advice for use of our items outdoors. If rain is expected, we may require items to be covered or moved indoors to prevent damage and associated charges.
When should I book?
Furniture books quickly for peak season dates (May–September). We recommend booking 3 –12 months in advance, especially for lounge sets and ceremony seating.
Last‑minute bookings are possible depending on availability.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Replacement charges apply only for items that are missing or returned damaged beyond repair. Charges vary by item and will be listed in your hire agreement.
Wedding planners typically pass these charges directly to their clients.
Can I view the furniture before hiring?
Viewings are available by appointment. We can also provide styled photos, measurements, and layout suggestions if you’re planning remotely.
