Wedding Styling Services

We offer styling as an add-on to our hire service or as a standalone service for those couples who have sourced their own decor. ​​

Full Styling
'Styled for You'

For couples who want help choosing want help designing the look and feel of their wedding, need advice, guidance or more in-depth on-the-day styling support. ​

Includes:​

  • Styling consultation with ideas and advice

  • Vision board / digital mock ups

  • Styling planning checklist

  • Digital mock up / floor plans (as needed) 

  • Supplier / venue liaison

  • Full set up and styling of items hired from Party Squared AND items purchased by couple in both welcome areas, ceremony and reception 

  • Ceremony to reception turnaround / repurposing of ceremony decor

  • Next day inventory check and repack of items hired

Priced from £850 - £1800

 

* Suited to complex set ups, for example: venues with one event space for both ceremony and reception (e.g.St Osyth Priory) and those planning outdoor ceremonies with indoor reception room as back up for ceremony (e.g.Baddow Park House).

'The Essentials'

For couples who are happy to choose their own hire items hiring from our collection and want the set up of items they have hired managed for them.

  • Consultation 

  • Set up checklist 

  • Planning call ahead of wedding

  • Simple set up of items hired from PSQ before ceremony*

  • Next morning inventory check and repack

* Not suited to venues with only one indoor event space with the exception of The Old Parish Rooms. ​

Which is your most popular styling service?

Tier 2 is our most popular offering. Clients love the support of having an experienced stylist to assist in both the selection of suitable items and setup, room turnaround and repack.

How much does styling cost?

This depends on the size of your wedding, your vision and requirements. We've created and published these styling tiers to advise couples planning a wedding for the first time, what they might need to spend to get the styling support they need. You can review the tiers and try to work out which suits your needs and budget. If you're not sure which service you'd like to pursue, we'd be happy to talk through the specifics of your wedding and advise you.
