Can the bar be used outdoors?
Whilst we prefer our bars to be used indoors, we appreciate that you might like to use outdoors if you want your guests to enjoy an outdoor drinks reception. The bar can be used outdoors on dry ground, we recommend it is used under cover (in a sailcloth tent, marquee, under a pop up gazebo or waterproof structure), however we ask that our bars are not used outdoors if rain is expected; left outdoors overnight or left outdoors in heavy rain for prolonged periods as this will cause damage to the wooden parts of the bar and will result in subsequent repair or replacement charges. Ultimately we ask you to take care of the item whilst in your charge and exercise a common sense approach to use in inclement weather.

I am a corporate client and am interested in an extended hire period, how much are the bars to hire per day?
If you share the proposed hire period and delivery and collection dates you'd prefer as well as the location of your event, we'll be able to check availability for the event dates and advise on costings. Please share any additional details such as which floor, loading access and lift availability.
