These authentic looking candles create the same warm, romantic glow of real candlelight without the mess, heat, venue or registrar restrictions. Perfect for historic venues and barns, sail cloth tents, tipis and any venue with a no‑flame candle policy.
The church candles have a soft, warm flicker with a realistic wax finish. Ideal for aisle styling, fireplaces, window ledges, and centrepieces. The LED taper candles are elegant, slim, and perfect for tablescapes in statement centrepieces. Also available as an LED votive & tealight candle, small but impactful. Our candles are clean, fully charged and ready to use. and come complete a with a handy remote control.

FAQs
Which candles are available for hire?
We hire realistic LED taper, church, chapel and tealight candles. They are wax coated with a wick and a flickering flame effect. They an excellent alternative to real candles if your venue has a no flame policy.
Do you supply the candles with batteries?
Yes. The candles are supplied with batteries loaded and ready to use. We supply a handy remote control so you can turn the candles on and off in standby mode.
Are the candles suited to outdoor use?
The candles are suited to outdoor use undercover or in fine weather. They are perfect for tipis and stretch tents, sail cloth marquees and other outdoor covered structures. They aren't waterproof, so couldn't be left outdoors in poor weather or overnight. If you need outdoor candles that can be used in all weathers, talk to us about your event so we can suggest an alternative.
We want to hire a lot of candles, do you offer set up?
Yes, set up is available for hire orders with a minimum order value of £350. This optional additional set up service is priced per job based on the number of items to set up, team members needed, logistics and timings. We'd be happy to talk to you about the specifics and provide a price for set up.
What happens if a candle is damaged during the hire period?
The most typical damage we see is broken wax casings or damaged wiring. Careful handling can prevent both of this from happening. However, sometimes damage can to the wax can happen if a candle is dropped or rolls off a table and damage to the wiring can occur if the candle is picked up by the flame or candles are not stored correctly in their crates after use. If items are returned to us with damage preventing future hire we charge a replacement fee at full retail value. This is usually covered by your refundable security deposit we hold for the duration of the hire.
How far in advance should I book?
If you know you definitely want to hire items from our collection we advise early booking to avoid disappointment. We take bookings up to 18 months in advance. A small non-refundable booking fee and signed hire agreement reserves the items for your wedding date. Although we have hundreds of candles in our collection they are often items that are booked early or in large quantities.
