Do you deliver and set up the arch?
Yes, delivery and professional set‑up are available for an additional fee.
Can we decorate the arch ourselves?
Yes, you can add your own florals or décor as long as nothing is attached with nails, screws, staples or anything that could damage the wood. Cable ties, ribbon and floral wire are all fine.
Do you offer florals for the arch?
Yes, floral arrangements can be added through my Full Styling service or as a upgrade. All florals are created by trusted subcontractors and include a design & coordination fee.
Is the arch stable on its own?
Yes, the arch is designed with a base which can be weighted.
How long can we hire the arch for?
Hire is typically for 24 hours, covering your ceremony and reception. Longer hire periods can be arranged if needed.
What happens if the arch gets damaged?
A security deposit is required for all hire items. If the arch is returned with significant damage, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Can the arch be moved between ceremony and reception?
Yes, but only by PSQ team members. Moving the arch safely requires two people and proper handling to avoid damage.
