FAQs

Do you supply the candles as well as candle holders?

Yes. We sell high‑quality taper, pillar and tealight candles in a range of colours to suit your palette. This ensures perfect fit, burn quality and safety within our holders. If your venue doesn't allow real wax candles, we hire realistic battery operated LED taper, church and chapel LED candles. 

Can I hire candleholders without booking styling?

Absolutely. Candleholder hire is available as a standalone service, or as part of a full styling and décor package.

How long is the hire period?

Standard hire covers your event day, the day before and the following morning. Longer hire periods can be arranged if needed. If you are collecting from our storage rooms we extend the hire to weekend hire with collection available on Thursday and return on Monday. 

Do you deliver and collect?

Yes. We offer local delivery and next‑day collection within Essex and Suffolk for orders with a minimum hire order value of £350. Transportation fees vary depending on location and will be included as a separate line item in your quote.

Can we set up the candleholders ourselves?

For safety and consistency, we recommend our team handles setup, especially when real candles are involved. However, DIY setup is also possible. 

Are your candleholders suitable for outdoor use?

Some are. Outdoor use depends very much on weather conditions and venue rules, so we’ll advise on the best options for your setup. 

What happens if something breaks or gets damaged?

A small, refundable damage deposit is taken for all hire items. Any breakages or missing items are deducted at full retail replacement cost.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates book quickly, so we recommend securing your hire as soon as your venue and styling direction are confirmed.
