Stylish and practical umbrella hire for weddings and large-scale events. Our collection of umbrellas is available to keep your guests comfortable whatever the weather.
Hire umbrellas individually or in sets, complete with a handy umbrella basket view our packages at the bottom of the page.
Whilst we're based in Essex, we can hire our umbrellas by parcel delivery and return. We use a third party, fully insured parcel service and can ship to UK mainland addresses.

How many umbrellas do I need?

Can I collect collect my order from Party Squared?
Customer collection is available from our storage rooms in Colchester, Essex CO1 2UZ. Collect and return on a weekday, either side of your event.
How will the umbrellas be delivered?
We can arrange a third-party delivery and subsequent to and from collection to your address. To allow the for the transit of the umbrellas by a third-party service, and to allow for possible delays, we ship orders arrive two working days before your event. We book collection from your address the next working day after the wedding. Delivery and collections will arrive to you or be collected from you between 08:00 - 18:00.
How do I return the umbrellas?
Check the umbrellas are dry and repack in the same boxes they arrived in. Remove or cover the old stickers to avoid confusion. Affix the returns stickers and tape the box securely with parcel tape.
What happens if umbrellas go missing during the hire period?
This can happen, sometimes guests might use the brollies to get to their cars in poor weather or leave them in their accommodation. If umbrellas are missing at the end of the hire we will invoice you for their replacement after the remaining umbrellas have been returned.
