The lawn games were a key addition to our annual summer social event. We hired the 6 garden games package, which included the jenga, four in a row, noughts and crosses, cornhole, ring toss, and croquet. We weren’t able to use the croquet as our games were to be put on a hard surface, but Victoria kindly let us substitute it out for other games of our choosing!

The games arrived on schedule and in perfect condition, and Victoria helped us to set up and provided advice on the best layout. We opted to extend our hire period, and Victoria was once again punctual upon collecting the games.

Overall, the games were a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by guests, and I would recommend Party Squared to anyone looking to make an event more exciting.

FAQs

Can you cater for large, corporate events?

Yes, although lots of our work is based around weddings and milestone birthdays we have a large collection of items which allow us to work on larger events too including corporate functions, awards ceremonies, networking events, staff parties, gala and charity events.

Do you provide set up and breakdown?

Yes, we can arrange setup and breakdown of the items you've hired at your preferred time. Please give us as much information about setup and breakdown times to ensure we can price appropriately. If you have a short setup window we will bring extra team members to ensure a smooth and timely setup and breakdown.

We'd like set up the day before the event, how long is the hire period?

Our standard hire period is weekend hire as most of our events fall over the weekend. If you share your event dates we'd be happy to provide a quotation for your event specifics.

Can items be branded?

We can supply items suited to branding with removable vinyl or temporary signage and can provide branding on your behalf or with notice, we can supply items in custom colours. Get in touch with us to discuss branding options.

Do you require a booking fee or payment in advance of the event?

For new corporate customers we require payment in advance of delivery, 20% at booking and the balance 7 days ahead of the delivery date. For regular or repeat corporate customers who have placed three or more orders, we adjust our payment terms, talk to us about becoming a corporate account customer.

Do you have insurances and risk assessments for set up and use of hired items?

We hold full public liability insurance and can provide a copy of our insurance on request. We risk assess all installations and can provide copies of our RA documents on request.

When should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks ahead of your event, sooner if you are booking in our peak seasons between May - September and around the Christmas holidays in mid to late December. We do often receive short notice enquiries and we always try to accommodate, however, we may not have availability or staff available to support your event. For bookings taken within 3 days of the start of the hire period, we charge a rush order fee.
