FAQs
Do we need to wash tablecloths after the event?
No need to wash, please leave them as they are. We handle all laundering.
Do linens come pressed?
Yes, our linens are professionally laundered and rolled. Due to their size they are folded and folds and light creases may show when you first lay out on tables. These creases and folds can be softened by steaming.
Please get in touch if you'd like us to provide a steaming service for your event.
Do you offer colour matching?
Yes, please send us your mood board or palette and we’ll recommend suitable colours to match or complement. If you'd like to you can book a visit to our storage rooms to browse fabric swatches and choose your preferred options.
Can we mix colours?
Yes, please contact us for a personalised quotation.
Do you work with florists and planners?
Yes regularly. We have many floral partners and work with wedding planners in Essex, Suffolk and event companies in London and the South of England.
What happens if a table cloth is stained or damaged?
Most stains come out. Replacement is only charged if the linens are permanently damaged for example with wax marks, burns, holes etc or if items are missing and not returned to us.
