Do the postboxes lock?
No, these vessels do not securely lock.
Can I hire postboxes without other items?
Absolutely. We offer customer collection from our storage rooms in Colchester.
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire covers your event day, the day before and the following morning. Longer hire periods can be arranged if needed. If you are collecting from our storage rooms we extend the hire to weekend hire with collection available on Thursday and return on Monday.
Do you deliver and collect?
Yes. We offer local delivery and next‑day collection within Essex and Suffolk for orders with a minimum hire order value of £350. Transportation fees vary depending on location and will be included as a separate line item in your quote.
Are your candleholders suitable for outdoor use?
Some are. Outdoor use depends very much on weather conditions and venue rules, so we’ll advise on the best options for your setup.
What happens if something breaks or gets damaged?
A refundable damage deposit is taken for all hire items. Any breakages or missing items are deducted at full retail replacement cost.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book quickly, so we recommend securing your hire as soon as your venue and styling direction are confirmed.
