Replacement Policy
To ensure we can continue offering a high‑quality hire service, all items must be returned in full and in good condition in the agreed time period. Normal wear and tear is expected however excessively dirty or damaged umbrellas due to misuse will be subject to a replacement charge. Umbrellas must be repacked dry to avoid mould or mildew. 
 
Replacement charges apply as follows:
£17.95 per missing / damaged umbrella
