Every booking includes:
1 week hire period (includes time in transit for delivery and return)

20 - 40 Umbrellas + 1-2 Baskets
Ideal for medium‑sized weddings and outdoor ceremonies. 
 
60 - 100 Umbrellas + 3-5 Baskets
Great for larger guest lists or multi‑area outdoor venues.
 
120 - 160 Umbrellas + 6-8 Baskets
Designed for large weddings, marquee receptions, large scale and multi‑day events. 
 
Replacement Policy
To ensure we can continue offering a high‑quality hire service, all items must be returned in full and in good condition in the agreed time period. Normal wear and tear is expected however excessively dirty or damaged umbrellas due to misuse will be subject to a replacement charge. Umbrellas must be repacked dry to avoid mould or mildew. 
 
Replacement charges apply as follows:
£17.95 per missing / damaged umbrella
