Perfect for those with a smaller guest list who want a clean, elegant aesthetic without the overwhelm of choosing individual decorative items.

The curated tablescape is a complete, pre‑designed look that includes the selected tableware hire items and setup on your pre‑clothed venue tables ahead of the ceremony. The design is fixed; we simply adjust quantities to suit your guest numbers. Delivery and collection are charged separately. This service requires access to the reception space with fully clothed tables by 11am on the morning of the wedding. 

 

Warm, refined, and beautifully balanced and works for both 5ft, 5ft 6" or 6ft round or 6ft x 3ft or 8ft x 3ft trestle tables. Designed with intention, delivered and styled by our team, no stress, just beautifully styled tried and tested designs. ​​

More than 8 guests per table: +£5 per additional place setting

TOP TABLE - £170

Top tables vary in size and layout, so we keep this simple:

Top table is priced as 1.5 tables

This covers the additional styling time and extra décor required.

Sweetheart tables fall under the same rate.

STYLING - £375

Every tablescape collection includes:

  • Styling plan

  • Professional set-up by our styling team

  • Choice of napkin folds 

  • Candle + vase placement

  • Liaison with your florist 

  • On-the-day setup by our team 

  • Next morning repack - covers the time required to locate, sort, clean, and safely pack all hire items.

This is not full bespoke design - it’s the creative direction needed to deliver a polished look.

TRANSPORTATION: DELIVERY & COLLECTION - POA

Priced from £50 each round trip.

Based on your venue location and access times.​

 

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

A minimum order value of £1,600 applies.

This excludes your refundable security deposit.

No. of guest tables + top table + styling fee + transportation fees + + optional add-ons + venue access fees, if applicable + refundable security deposit = TOTAL 

 

OPTIONAL UPGRADES

Real Candlelight Upgrade (with venue's approval) - Replacement of LED taper candles in a choice of colours. High-quality, drip-resistant 8 hour burn wax candles.

+ £4.40 per table + £20 cleaning fee per booking

 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS​

  • Florals for bud vases (via florist partner)

 

VENUE ACCESS

We are unable to install our curated tablescape collection during post ceremony room flips or during rapid turnaround periods without prior arrangement.

Additional fees will apply for restricted, late or same night access. 

 

Standard Access (from 9am) included in styling fee .

Restricted Access (set-up after 11am) +£150

Late Access (set-up after 1pm) + £100

Same Night Collection - Some venues require all décor to be removed the same evening, we charge an additional £250 for this out of hours attendance. 

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGE

Security Deposit - £100

Refunded once all items are returned and checked.

LED Candle Protection

LED tapers are delicate and can be damaged during venue clear-downs. To keep things simple, we build candle replacement into our pricing so you’re never charged for accidental damage caused by venue staff.

 

Optional Damage Waiver Fee 

Covers minor wear and tear or accidental breakages of low-value items.
