Full Styling is the most comprehensive design service offered by Victoria and the PSQ team. It is for couples who want a beautifully cohesive wedding aesthetic created for them, without the stress of sourcing, planning or managing suppliers.

 

I take your ideas, inspiration and story and shape them into a refined, intentional design that flows effortlessly from ceremony to reception.

 

Full styling is for couples who want their wedding to feel cohesive, elevated, and thoughtfully designed from start to finish, without managing any of the details themselves.

Design Concept

A bespoke vision board that defines your colour palette, textures, atmosphere and overall aesthetic. This becomes the creative foundation for your entire day.

Floral Vision Board

A curated floral direction that aligns with your design concept, created in collaboration with your florist to ensure everything feels cohesive.

Tablescape & Ceremony Mock‑Ups

Digital mock‑ups showing how your tablescape and ceremony space will look. These help you visualise the design and feel confident in every detail.

Curated Sourcing

I source décor from my hire collection and trusted subcontractors (florals, stationery, linens, candles, signage). All third‑party items include a design & coordination fee.

Supplier Liaison

I communicate directly with your venue, florist and stationer to ensure every visual element aligns with the design concept.

Styling Checklist

A clear, organised styling plan outlining every décor element and where it belongs.

Venue Visit

A 1.5‑hour walkthrough to review layouts, discuss styling opportunities and finalise the visual flow of your day.

On‑the‑Day Styling

I lead the styling on the day, placing décor, shaping the atmosphere and ensuring every detail reflects your design.

Next‑Day Pack‑Down 

Finally, we offer a calm, seamless end to your celebration. We'll manage a repack for you, leaving you free to relax the day after the wedding. We'll count and check hired inventory, ensure linens and umbrellas are dry before packing ready for collection. We'll remove florals from hired vessels and bunch ready for you to take home or gift to friends or relatives.

Partial Styling is for couples who have a vision but need help refining it and pulling everything together. You get design guidance, the curated sourcing of items from my hire collection, without the full creative direction of the top tier.

I will refine your ideas into a clear, cohesive direction that feels unique to you and identify layout issues, decor gaps, clashes, impractical ideas or prevent problems before they happen. ​Design Refinement includes professional guidance to spot styling issues early and ensure your ideas work beautifully within your venue and décor choices.

Curated Sourcing

I help you choose items from my hire collection and source small décor pieces that complement your style.

On‑the‑Day Styling is ideal for couples who have chosen all their décor and simply want everything professionally set up and styled beautifully on the day. You provide the items and complete our styling plan template. I take care of the set‑up so you can enjoy a calm, stress‑free morning.

This service focuses purely on styling and does not include design, sourcing or supplier management.​ Includes:​
